Best IPTV Service resells access to streams run by other operators. Nothing is stored, recorded or broadcast by us, and what those operators transmit is not our decision.

Copyright is taken seriously here. Anyone who owns or represents a right in material reachable through this service can send a notice and will hear back.

We can act on a notice only when it carries all of these:

• Who you are, where you can be written to, and an email or phone number.
• The work you say is infringed.
• The exact material at issue, with enough detail for us to find it.
• Your good-faith statement that neither the rights holder, an agent for them, nor the law allows this use.
• Your statement that the notice is accurate and that you hold the right or represent whoever does.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We pass a complete notice to the operator behind the stream and block access on our side where we can. Since nothing is on our servers, that operator carries out the actual removal.

Believe something was removed by mistake? Send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error.
