Best IPTV Service resells access to streams operated by third parties. We do not store, record or broadcast the programming, or control what those operators transmit.

Rights holders and their authorised representatives can contact us about material accessible through the service. We review and respond to copyright notices.

Include each of the following so we can review your notice:

• Who you are, where you can be written to, and an email or phone number.
• The work you say is infringed.
• The exact material at issue, with enough detail for us to find it.
• Your good-faith statement that neither the rights holder, an agent for them, nor the law allows this use.
• Your statement that the notice is accurate and that you hold the right or represent whoever does.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We forward complete notices to the stream operator and block access on our side where possible. The operator is responsible for removing material from its servers.

If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

We close accounts that receive repeated valid complaints.
