The money comes back on its own if any of these happen:
- The login did not arrive in the time we promised.
- One order was charged twice.
- We asked you to confirm a payment and got no reply in 7 days.
- The amount received was below the order total and the gap was not closed within 7 days.
When a refund does not apply
- The purchase is more than 60 days old.
How long it takes
An approved refund goes to the payment method used for the order, usually the same day. When it appears on your statement is up to your bank, typically two to five business days.
Paid with a prepaid method? Prepaid vouchers cannot receive money back, so send a PayPal or Skrill address and the refund goes there.

Your rights under state and federal consumer law sit on top of this policy. Whichever gives you more applies.
