Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy or use a Best IPTV Service subscription. By paying for a plan, you accept this agreement.

Your plan provides access to internet-delivered television for the paid period and the number of simultaneous connections selected. We issue your personal login after payment.

• Keep your login private and stay within your plan’s connection limit. Sharing beyond that limit can result in account closure without a refund.
• Use the subscription for private home viewing only. Public showing and resale are not allowed.
• Do not copy, record or redistribute the streams.
• Provide a working WhatsApp number for your login and renewal messages.

The service operates around the clock, with possible interruptions for maintenance or upstream issues. Brief interruptions do not qualify for a refund under these terms. Outages lasting days are covered by the refund policy.

Allow about 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Your internet provider is responsible for a slow or unstable connection; these connection issues are not covered by the refund policy.

Best IPTV Service supplies access to streams. We do not create, own or store the programming. You are responsible for checking that viewing is lawful in your location.

You can end your subscription by choosing not to renew. Breaching these terms, including resale or sharing beyond your connection limit, can result in closure without a refund.

We may update these terms. The date on this page shows the latest revision. Changes take effect when published.
