Set up your Windows PC.

Install your player

  1. 1.Tell us you are using Windows on WhatsApp. We will help you choose a compatible player and find its official installer.
  2. 2.Install and open the player.

Choose the login method

  1. 1.If you received a server address, username and password, choose the player’s Xtream Codes option and enter all three.
  2. 2.If you received an M3U or M3U8 link, choose the playlist option and paste the complete link.
  3. 3.Save the account or playlist and wait for the channels to load.

Check playback

  1. 1.Open a live channel, then try one from another group.
  2. 2.Check that the programme guide and on-demand sections load.
  3. 3.For help, send your player name and the step you have reached on WhatsApp.
Good to know. Your subscription link and password are private. Keep them in your support conversation rather than posting them publicly.
