Set up your Formuler box.

Use the instructions for your version of MYTVOnline. For portal activation, send us the ID shown inside the app before you connect.

MYTVOnline 3

  1. 1.Open MYTVOnline 3, then Content Manager, Content Sources and Add.
  2. 2.Choose Add Portal and find the MAC-ID shown on that screen. Send this ID on WhatsApp; it can differ from the hardware label.
  3. 3.Enter a nickname and the portal address we provide, then select Connect.

MYTVOnline 2

  1. 1.Open MYTVOnline 2, then Menu, Connections and Add Portal.
  2. 2.Send us the portal ID shown by the app so we can confirm the activation details.
  3. 3.Enter a nickname and the supplied portal address, then connect.

Check the connection

  1. 1.Wait for the portal to load and open a live channel.
  2. 2.If the portal stays empty, send us the app version and displayed portal ID. We will check the registration before you change any settings.
Good to know. Do not change the ID prefix unless support confirms it is needed for your portal. The ID displayed by your app is the starting point.
